It's been a year since I've been active on DeviantArt, but I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who has taken the time/effort to leave feedback, add favorites and who have dropped me notes wishing me well while I have been busy with other projects and assorted nonsense.
As always, I will use my journal to share new/free programs for PSP users, both beginners and advanced as well as some for Adobe users. Please feel free to browse previous journal entries for access to a wealth of art goodies such as filters, clip-art, plug-ins and how-to links.

Have you tried Mehdi Photoshop/PSP plug-in filters? http://www.mehdiplugins.com/
If you haven't, give them a try! Lots of free great gradient effects, seamless effects and new and improved zoom effects for more clear zooms on your images. The eraser programs make removing select colors or backgrounds a cinch.
As always, there are links to tutorials and other freebies for PSP and Adobe in my previous journal pages..including an entire section devoted to PSP newbies.
